Terms and conditions when ordering from miniland.fi

1. General

miniland.fi online store is operated by JU-Design Oy, VAT id. FI23275525. We sell our products to adults in Finland and the EU-region. Product prices are including VAT which is 24% in Finland at the moment. We reserve the right to change the price and shipping cost. You must be 18 years or older to order from our webshop.

2. How to order

The products are mainly ordered via Internet at www.miniland.fi through shopping cart.

All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price, delivery costs and the products ordered. Order confirmation requires giving the email address when ordering.

By ordering You agree to our valid terms and conditions.

3. Payment options

3.1 Invoice in advance

By selecting invoice in advance payment option you will receive an invoice by e-mail with SWIFT/BIC account details. After receiving your payment the ordered products will be shipped.

3.2 PayPal

By selecting PayPal and credit card payment you can choose PayPal and all the PayPal normal options for payment. You must have an PayPal account.

3.3 Credit card

By selecting PayPal and credit card payment from the shopping basket you can choose credit card payment from the options. You can pay direct with Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard using the payment buttons of our service provider, Checkout Finland. For other credit cards you have to use with PayPal.

4. Delivery and shipping costs

We ship to all EU countries. Please ask for other locations. Our delivery costs depend on the parcel weight and the country where the parcel will be shipped. We use the zone calculation published by the finnish mail office:

EU-Zone 1
Sweden, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Germany, Estonia, Denmark, Belgium

EU-Zone 2
Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain

The shipping costs will be automatically calculated in the shopping basket after you have given your address.

5. Return policy

Return of the order is possible in max 14 days of the delivery. The items and the item packages must be in unused condition. Please send us e-mail to info@miniland.fi before sending back the parcel and wait for instructions from us. JU-design Oy have the right to charge the costs caused of the return of the items.
